The email communication leading up to our travel was a little spotty, which left me with doubts that things were confirmed. Also, I was notified the day of arrival that a masseuse would be in the unit waiting for us. That was unnecessary and unexpected. We were traveling with small children and we needed time to get situated in our room and unpack and take the kids swimming. It would have been better if they asked when having an in house massage would have been more convenient.
